Return & Exchange Policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Your orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days. After receiving your order, you will have 14 days to request an exchange. Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs of the exchange. Contact us at customerservice@mylittle.ca to request an exchange.
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept refunds. All orders will be exchanged for another item, or for store credit.
Exceptions to refunds include, receiving a defective product or receiving the wrong item. Please inspect your order right away and let us know if you have any of the above issues with your order. We will require your receipt or proof of purchase in order to process the refund. Contact us at customerservice@mylittle.ca
Once your item has been returned and your refund has been approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Refunds can take some time to process and show on your credit card.
FINAL SALE
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. All discounted items are a final sale.
